The FLSmidth A/S Shenyang manufacturing base boasts comprehensive modern processing equipment and a full-fledged production system,encompassing steelmaking,casting,forging,heat treatment,welding,machining,and assembly.It houses over 5,000 various production devices,with over 2,000 key production machines,including 175 large-scale machines and 45 CNC machines.Among them are large-scale precision equipment imported from Germany,France,Russia,the United States,and Japan.

The FLSmidth A/S Shenyang manufacturing base possesses the capability to annually produce 150,000 tons of steel,40,000 tons of steel castings,50,000 tons of steel ingots,15,000 tons of iron castings,20,000 tons of forgings,and 20,000 tons of heat-treated components.It can supply molten steel in a single batch of up to 350 tons,with a maximum capacity of 240 tons for steel casting blanks,30 tons for forged blanks,100 tons for grey iron blanks,50 tons for ductile iron blanks,30 tons for stainless steel blanks,and an annual production capacity of 800,000 tons of machinery products.
